Larsa Pippen in Bathing Suit Enjoys “Sunny Days” — Celebwell


Larsa Pippen, the Real Housewives of Miami star, is taking advantage of her city’s amazing weather. She’s also never been afraid to show off her fit figure. On her most recent Instagram post, Pippen lounged in a multicolored bathing suit from Pretty Little Thing. She captioned the photo, “Sunny days.” (It reminds us of something else she posted once: “I’ve been spending time in the gym wbu?”) How does she stay so fit? When it comes to eating healthy, Pippen says that she avoids fad diets or restircition. Instead, she focuses on living a healthy lifestyle regularly. “Change your attitude, poor eating habits, and maintain active rather than embarking on a standardized diet that promises a ‘quick fix,” she wrote on her blog. “Remember: Slow and steady wins the race.”

Pippen tells HollywoodLife that she believes portion control is the way to go when it comes to dieting. She believes that if you watch your portion sizes, you are more likely to keep the weight off, and that it is the easiest plan to maintain. “For me it’s more about eating healthy and portion control,” she said. “That’s the only thing that lasts forever. If you want to lose a couple of pounds, you have to eat a little bit less.”

Pippen says to HollywoodLife that one of her healthy eating tips is planning out her meals at the beginning of the week. She says that this helps her and her family stay on track, and avoid eating unhealthy options. “I’m really big on prepping what you eat for the whole week,” she says. “I cook every day for my kids. I have a menu that I draw up [for] all week so I know what we’re gonna eat. If you’re prepared like that you tend to eat healthier, as opposed to not knowing what you’re gonna eat and then you end up eating junk.”

One of Pippen’s favorite exercises to do is squats. She tells HollywoodLife that she loves how easy they are to do, and how effective they are. “I do squats almost every day. You don’t need weights for that. You’re just [using] your own body weight. 40 squats a set, [but you only need to do] 12-15 reps [if you also] incorporate weights.”


While Pippen tries to eat as healthy as possible, she also isn’t afraid of indulging in one of her favorite treats once in a while. “I love dessert and I’m known to make pies,” she told HollywoodLife. “Me and my kids make pies like twice a week – apple pie, pumpkin pie. I do cheat, but that’s normal. Pippen says that she increases how much exercise she does on her cheat days. “I’ll just do 10 extra squats that day. I’ll do 20 extra jumping jacks.”
