With three training sessions per week and an Exercise and Activity Tracker built in to guide your efforts, you will surely be feeling stronger and leaner by the end of this challenging training program.

Sculpt a strong lean physique in as little as 12 weeks with the Fit and Trim 12-Week Fat Shredder. This program has been designed with gym equipment in mind so you will need a gym membership or access to a gym to reap the benefits of the programming.

This program also comes with an easy-to-use Body Fat Calculator which is optional to use. With a few simple body measurements, you will have access to a useful metric of success which is far more a measure of improvement than the traditional weighing scales method. You will use this at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to help you measure your progress.
